Cancelation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy for Permanent Makeup and
Aesthetics
As a courtesy, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment
to cancel or reschedule. A fee of $100 will apply for No-Shows or
Cancellations/Reschedules without 48 hours’ notice. Unless this fee is paid
you will not be able to rebook. While I understand unforeseen
circumstances may arise, your appointment time is reserved especially for
you, and last-minute openings can be very hard to fill. Thank you for your
understanding and continued support of my small, local business.

Late Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to
your appointment you may be required to reschedule and pay a fee of $100
since we can longer fill that appointment time. Please call or text if you
know you will be late.

Previous Tattoo Policy
If you have previous Permanent Makeup done by another artist, you will
need to contact me to discuss and submit photos via text or email with your
current work. Photos are best taken in natural light without any brow
makeup on.

FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Bounced Checks
There is a $25 fee for a bounced check.
