Refund Policy for Services including Facials and Permanent Makeup

For Permanent Makeup Services and Facials-All sales are final. There will be no refunds, however if you are unhappy with your results please call and discuss with me personally. I believe in always doing the right thing by my clients and hold myself to high standards of professionalism and understanding.

Refund/Exchange Policy for Purchases

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except in cases where there has been damage to the physical product during shipping. Upon receipt of your product please contact us to report the damage and submit photos to document to our email. Please make sure to review your purchase carefully before completing your order. With Glymed + products there are many retail products that come in travel and sample sizes which is another reason I have chosen to use and carry this line. Travel and mini sizes are great for sampling different products to make sure you are choosing the right products for your skin type and preferences.
